This is a bit of a complicated layout to divide the eggs into. Once you get it measured correctly filling the space is not too hard.

Dedicated to my Great Uncle Victor E. Carlson and his Marquetry artwork. If you happen to own a piece I would love to see a photo to add to my online collection of his work.
Victor E. Carlson was born to Emma and Carl August Carlson in 1891. Victor went to Strickler's Business College and became a typist. He worked at the Santa Stationery Department. When the war broke out, he enlisted in the Army and served over-seas. He was gassed in France and when he came home he became ill and soon moved to California, & warmer climate. He attended Chaffey University and did work to keep himself out of doors. Later started a Cacti Nursery and sent plants to every state here and to eight foreign countries. After he retired, he began the art of marquetry pictures. He continued this as a hobby until a year before he died. He passed away at the age of 82.
